Rube Goldberg Machine Reflection

In blast of we made a Rube Goldberg Machine.

What do you feel successful about?

that everything worked in the end.

What roles did each group member play?

we both set up different domino tracks.

Is there any step in the process where you were getting stuck?

the dominos kept falling down.

Eureka wood work

In eureka we were building wooden boxes in the woodwork room. First we had to measure a strip of wood into two 200 millimeter strips, two 100 millimeter strips and one 200 x 100 millimeter base. Then we had to saw the pieces with a tenon saw and sand them. Then we had to hammer the nails into the pieces with a hammer.

Today we were making bridges that had to hold a plastic car and cross 40 centeirmeters and we had 100 dollars to spend on paper which was 3 dollars per piece and tape was 10 dollars for a 10 centimeter strip. This is our bridge, it held the car and was 1 meter long and costed 60 dollars.

Today we were making catapults out of popsicle sticks and rubber bands. this is mine that went 2.3 meters.
